The Management of WPS has established as its primary objectives the complete satisfaction of the customer and the growth of the company’s visibility and position in the market.
To achieve these objectives, the Management, through the Quality Policy, intends to promote and rigorously apply the principles set out in the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and, through the direct involvement of all personnel, implement continuous improvement.
The company’s strategy aims to:

Identify the needs and expectations of customers in order to meet them in the best possible way

Continuously review the context in which the company operates and identify the relevant requirements of the main interested parties, so as to define the most appropriate actions to avoid or prevent potential risks and seize the necessary opportunities

Determine the extent to which climate change is a relevant issue for the organization

Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, as well as the quality level of its products and services

Define roles within the organization to optimize the performance of established processes

In line with the above strategies, the Management commits to:

Maintain the Quality Policy annually: review it to ensure its continued suitability and update it in line with company objectives and strategies

Ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and implemented at all levels and becomes an integral part of the corporate culture

Implement training programs and develop operational methods to maintain and enhance the skills and knowledge of all internal staff
